Talking Anyone here on the "Eat to Live" diet?

Hi, I'm new here and I'm trying to follow the "Eat to Live" diet -- anyone else doing this one?

It's extremely challenging, but it works and I think it's nutritionally sound. I highly recommend the book for its nutritional and health information, even if you don't want to follow his exact plan.

I'm just trying to adjust to eating all those salads!

The book "Eat to Live" was written in 2003 by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, and it's a nutritional plan that focuses on "nutrient density" -- eating foods with the best nutritional bang for your caloric buck. He favors minimizing animal products -- he presents both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal plans, but recommends that either way, we base our diet around veggies, fruits, and legumes.
