Default Turbo Jam Cardio Party?

Hi everyone!!

I just got the turbo jam cardio party and I was wondering if that would be okay to start with? I don't have any of the beginner ones, and never tried TJ before.. do you think it would be too difficult to start with?

Have you ever done any kickboxing stuff at all? I found the cardio party tape to be really easy, but I learned kickboxing from other videos (Kathy Smith has one you can find anywhere)

Charlene doesn't do any teaching in this video but I doubt you would hurt yourself trying it out. Just watch it first before you try it and see if there is something you don't understand or don't think you could do.

Hi Megan

I've been doing Turbo Jam since 1/30/06 & I love it. But I did start with the 20min workout & stayed with it for a while before moving onto Cardio party. Cardio party isn't hard but it's long. If you've never tried anything like kickboxing before, I would take it easy at first with cardio party.
