Hey there, I'm Audrey. My husband and I are starting the diet starting tomorrow. I joined 3FC last fall when I was on Atkins, but fell off the band wagon 12 weeks in because I found it too restrictive. I lost 20 lbs in those 12 weeks and I've put back on 12 of those lbs to date. I live in Hawaii and the kids and I go to the beach at least twice a week and I hate having to wear a cover up when I am swimming with them. I'm starting not to recognize myself cause I have a big fat double chin in all my recent photos. Pre-kids I was very active, even during my first pregnancy and I've lost all motivation in the last almost three years. I'm ready to get myself back!

I think you'll find SBD much less restrictive and easier to stick with. My doctor said that she recommended both Atkins and SBD, but that her patients, while having initial success on both plans, found it difficult to stick with Atkins. Not so with SBD. I've been on SBD for over 2 years and am still in love with it.
