Just figured I'd intro myself.
My name is Margaret, I'm 31, and I've recently transplanted to the south.
I've been overweight/obese pretty much all my life until a few years ago when I lost a ton of weight with Weight Watchers. Unfortunately life has a way of undermining success and after 3 moves my weight has piled back on. Now I'm struggling to get it back off.
I'm not following any specific plan, just the nutritional guidelines that WW instilled in me and a 1400 cals a day. I also LOVE working out so I'm at the gym 5 days a week at spinning and 3 days a week at bodyPUMP (so much fun!). Unfortunately, I'm not really losing much, and my doctors are pretty stumped, but I'm not about to quit.
I'm psyched to be part of this community, you all have such great advice and such inspiring stories!
