I'm new here, too. Also, looking for a wt. loss buddy who is about my age and following the LA Weight Loss program. I do not attend the center, however. I was a member of the center at one time.

There is an LA wgt loss group in here that you might want to check out. I do weight watchers and just started. Good luck to you
