Maybe you should try getting out of the house. Go for a walk, to the park, go to the bookstore. Just try to keep yourself busy. I don't know if you like puzzles, I personally love them, once I start doing one I forget what's around me, even food!

Just pick something you love to do, something that has nothing to do with food.
As far as food, take baby steps if you need to. Switch from regular to low fat or reduced fat versions of the same. WW has a great veggie soup that's 0 pts, always great to have around.
Drink plenty of water too, that helps you feel full too.
