My name is Meagan I am 18 years old and I realize more than ever that my weight can cause serious health problems that my family already has a history of such as heart disease, Type 1 and 2 diabetes, alzheimers, and other health issues that are life threating for someone who is over weight. My goal is look healthy and vibrant like the woman on FitTV when she is in her late 50s who looks like she is in her late 20s!!
Yesterday I started the Mediterrian Diet from Ediets.com, as soon as I started it I heard on the news that this diet will not only help me lose weight it will also help prevent alzheimers which my family has a history of. I am actually really excited about getting started. I am going to use my blog to record my daily consumtion of food and my progress. If you would like to get involved in ediets I will send you an email so that you can get started!!
