i havent posted here in a long time and have since lost 17 lbs, but i am still really not eating healthy, and my cholesterol is high and so is tryglicerides, if i dont get them down i have to go on meds. i am going back on richards simmons foodmover tomorrow and was wondering if anyone was doing that or where i can go to talk to other people on that plan, besides going on his website, i cant pay for that right now. thanks.
I have that system. My grandmother got it for me from Avon for like $30.. back about 4 years ago. It was great to have for awhile but then I found fitday.com and it works so much better for me.
