I love this forum!

I just want to say that becomming morbidly obese isn't something I took lightly. It took years of dedicated work on my part to develop such a dangerously high BMI, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the many people who contributed to my high weight...my mum, for not embracting the use of oven chips and never letting go of the chip pan, the Chinese takeaway for making such delicious high fat foods, the Indian takeaway for providing free delivery so I never have to leave my home, Pringles for continuing to make such huge tubes with addictive ingredients, the British weather for making it so easy for me to not want to walk the dog...

I'm 49 (bmi not age ) I got to 40 in 2004 I could scream I really could.



But I'm on the way down now, a whole 3 pounds.
