I'm a 21yr old student who has 61lbs to lose. I am following a healthy lifestyle programme rather than a specific diet programme and I am trying to incorporate exercise into my daily routine by making the effort to walk everyday for at least 20 minutes. I also go to the gym twice a week and am going to join a 5 week yoga class as of the 5th of May.
I am looking for buddies to correspond with pretty much everyday via pm or email, to try and help me be more accountable, to give me firm kicks up the bum and to share the joys of losing weight with too
