Trying to get back on the weight loss band wagon ( Help!! I have fallen and can't get up)

I just can't seem to follow a plan and stick with it. I think I need a personal trainer to get me out of bed, get exerciseing, and slap my hand all day when ever I do somthing that I shouldn't. Or maybe some sort of shock therapy
