Hi Everyone,
I stumbled across this site when I was looking for a healthy breakfast muffin recipe. What is stranger is that I was a member of this site ages ago, but I don't remember my username or password. I started having troubles accessing the site and thought that it had shut down. I'm glad to see that it's still here.
I have a long way to go before I feel good about myself and I don't worry about my health. My best friend lost 70 pounds counting calories and that is what I'm going to do. I think eating healthy will serve me best in the long run. If I were to start a specific plan, I'd eventually stop and the weight would go back on.
I started journalling my food intake and counting calories nine days ago and have lost 15 pounds. YAY!
I hope to share good ideas and laughs with all of you, so that we can make the journey more enjoyable.
