Smile Hello I am new!

Hi all,

I am a UK weight loss chick, I am from the North East.
I am looking for some inspiration to keep up my weight loss. I have lost 10lb but that is from trying since before Christmas
Anyone got any good tips?
Anyone fancy a buddy?
Feeling lonely over here!

Hi
What diet are you on if any? Do you do exercise? Everyone is great and friendly here...How much do you want to lose?

Welcome. Tell us more!!! We want details!!! Heva is right, we're all friendly and completely

I'm Kylie 33 now a "tiny" 196 pounds (if that's what the scales say this week, they seem to be a bit weird at the moment) and I was 262 (that's 19 stone OMG)

I do my own plan that's a mix of low GI and calorie counting. And exercise. I have turned into one of those scary exercise people you see stomping about at ungodly hours in the morning (it's 5.35 here now!!)

Good luck, oh and I'm in the North West, a lot of us are, well all the best people

Hi Lilly

Well done with the 10lb loss - how much more are you looking to lose? I'm doing my own thing, using the basic principles of GI and calorie counting. I won't win any races, but I'm plodding along at my own steady pace.

Just jump right in with any of the conversations, we're really friendly!

Hi ppl,

Thank you all for the replies and the warm welcome

OK to answer some of your questions....
I am not on an reticular diet, I am just healthy eating with bits and bobs taken from different diets!

I tend not to do a lot of exercise (I should be ashamed to admit that) If I do any it is just walking my dog

I am hopefully looking to loose about another two stone, I have health issues which would be much improved with a bit more weight off and I am waiting to go for another round of IVF once my BMI is below 30 so I have enough motivation, or so you would think but I still find it hard.

I am looking forward to getting to know you ppl and becoming part of your on line community
