I injured myself working out last Thursday. I was doing a set Leg Press exercises where you are reclined on your back and pushing up the weight plate with your legs. Anyway, I managed to either pull a muscle in my rib cage or I cracked a short rib. You would not think you could hurt that part of your body doing that exercise - but due to the amount of weight I have lost, I have a lot of excess skin and I guess it got positioned wrong or something.
Anyway - I go to the doctor and they take X-rays. I ask him what to do. He says well broken or not, the treatment is the same - take Motrin and wait till it quits hurting.
