So this is a rant about myself.

I was doing so well with working out and then I let life get in the way again. Oh im to tired, I have to go here, I have to go there. Well because I can't get off my lasy behind, I have stalemated at 250.

Now I know that I was this weight for a really long time but I figured with all the different tricks that my nurses have tried would kick my weight in gear. Obviously for me its not the eating part. I know cuz I have cheated here and there and still have just maintained, no real gain. So can someone in here give me a good talking to to motivate me to move again. I start a new job on Monday that will give me lots of time to work out. I'm thinking of trying a challenge just dont know what it should be, anyone have any ideas. I go to Vegas in a little over a month with my best guy friend and would love to be able to be at least another 20 down (my weight loss program is designed for this kind of rapid weight loss). So please, please help. You guys are always so encouraging. Have a wonderful night everyone.
