Talking New Calorie Counter!
Hi everyone! I have been doing my own calorie counting for about 1 month now. I have lost 10 lbs so far! This is one of my several attempts at dieting, but the first that has actually worked.

I have been lurking here, taking everyone's advice for awhile, so I just wanted to join up and finally come out from my hiding place. This is a great group, and I hope I'll be around for awhile!!

Welcome. I'm sort of new too, and I feel the same about calorie counting. In my opinion, it is the absolute best way to lose weight.
