Default I feel hungry..

I actually feel my hunger now. Before I started loosing weight, I was NEVER hungry becuase I was always eating! Now I go to bed with a growling stomach. I've learned that the hunger isn't going to kill me..there will be another meal tomorrow. It's pretty neat to actually FEEL hungry and be in control of it..

Have ya'll experienced this??

I'm hungry sometimes. Sometimes it's because I really am hungry, other times it's just my head playing with me. I'm still trying to figure it all out and am learning not to fear hunger.

But honestly, if I determine I really am hungry, I often eat something.

I can totally relate Lilybug.
It's been a long time since I felt my stomach growl. In the past 6 weeks its happened quite a bit. I thinking I'm finally listening to my body and feeding it when I'm actually hunger and not because I'm bored or stressed.
It's a great feeling isn't it?
