Default Post your favorite Pilates DVD title here please......

I had a hard time getting into pilates bc of the slow pace, but have finally found something that keeps me engaged - Suzanne Deason's Pilates for Weight Loss. The combination of the great scenery and her motivating, not annoying, voice really works for me, plus I enjoyed the thoughts she shared on her dvd interview. So what else is out there that is good? Please list your favorite here that I should try. Thanks!

I love the 10 minute solutions pilates. It has several 10 minute sessions - things like abs, burn, flexibity, buns & thighs etc.. It's fun!

I have 2 favorite pilates dvd's. The first is the Winsor Pilates Bun & Thigh Sculpting and the second Fat Burning Pilates by Crunch. I thoroughly enjoy both of these dvd's!

I also have the 10 minute solutions pilates and really like it.

Another I would reccomend is the Crunch SlimDown. It's a combination of yoga and pilates. It really flows well, the instructor is great, and I was SORE the next day. Especially in the core.

I really like windsor pilates, I have been doing the advanced body sculpting and I think its really good. The thing with pilates is that you really have to concentrate on your body when you are doing them, its hard, and its supposed to be. I feel with pilates, if you stick with it, you will see results in little time. Believe it or not u get a high calorie burn doing pilates.

I really like Winsor Pilates. I have several dvds and videos. I especially like the original 20 minute workout. It's basic and I remember all of the moves so when I am out of town I can do them on my own. There is the Winsor Pilates Circle series out now. I don't own it but my mom does it and loves it. She said the circle really helps you to do moves that are difficult and ones you may not have been able to do before. She says you really sweat too.

Default Pilates video

i am a huge pilates fan, having tried many videos. The best ones in my opinion are the MTV pilates and MTV pilates mix. They are motivating and varied for different levels.
