Default Flex Points

Is everyone using their flex points? and are you losing, I'm just using a few a day and I'm losing slowly. I started walking as of today. I'm so afraid of using those extra points and not losing...grrr...anyone?

I am using my flex points and still managing to lose. I like to eat what I like, generally. However, this is not good all the time. I try and follow the 8 rules and eat 5 veggies and fruits a day. I really try to get my dairy products in and my protein; my protein keeps me fuller during the day I find, especially if I have a bit at BF, Lunch and supper!

Hey Purple,
You are supposed to eat your flexpoints!! Spread them out however you want, but use them. If you eat too little, your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose a thing. So don't feel bad about eating them!
I lost 45lbs doing WW and exercising from June-Dec last year. Then I fell off the wagon and gained 5lbs back, but now I am back in business. I always used my flexpoints each week and if I earned activity points I use them too (exercise makes me so much hungrier!!)
