Hi, ALP, and welcome. Congratulations on losing the first 52 pounds. I know it's discouraging to have gained a bit back, but you've come so far already, you have a lot to be proud of. Maybe you just needed to take a bit of rest before losing the other half of the weight. Anyway, you're ready to get back on track now, and that's great. Do you have any particular eating plan?
