Default March 18th Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day

Fail to plan, plan to fail. That's why we plan for a 'nearly perfect' day.

Up early to cook for a potluck wedding party. It's a two hour drive so I'm in it for the day. Damage control is what I call this today. Careful!

Good morning!

My plan:

B: Slice granary bread with hummous, banana (carb heavy because....)
9 mile walk (with a 70 cal bar if I feel weak)
L: Lentil and bacon soup
S: Fruit
D: Lamb, cabbage and leek stir fry and carrots (and probably some wine as it's Saturday)

Have a great day

Yesterday was a sodium lovers dream. I had way too many diet sodas. So today I will be a water only drinking momma.

D'oh I made cookies today.

I'm back on track and just finished my yummy tofu and veggie lo mein.

I am anxiously awaiting my picky husband to see if he'll actually eat it. If not I have lunches and dinners for the entire week.

Last 2 days have been busy, any excuse right? Both days I over ate. bleh. Not a binge but 2000 calories a day approximately each, and no workout today. I am going to work out the next 6 days. I really can't have ice cream in the house, even if it is diet and lowfat/low sugar. I'll eat more than I am supposed to. Like last night, I had 3 slim a bears. Not as slim if you eat 3 times as much! Haha. ah well, back on that horse tomorrow.
