Default Anybody doing Firm workout tapes?

I was just wondering if anybody had tried any of the Firm workout tapes.

Default Hi Carmine,

I have been alternating Firm Tough Tape with the Tae Bo Basic tape for the last month or so. I own quite a few Firm Tapes, but find that I come back to a favorite 2 or 3 over and over. How about you, do you do Firm Tapes?

Yes I do own some Firm tapes. 2 of them still have the shrink wrap on them if that tells you anything. The best I have ever done is to get through 30 minutes of the very first Firm tape. I plan on starting over for the 3454309584309 time tomorrow and will work on the first Firm tape till I am able to complete it.

Where are you getting stuck? Tired, or is there a particular exercise that is difficult? When I am starting tapes that seem too hard, I try not to expect too much from myself. I will do only as many reps as I feel I can and don't worry about it. My daughter does firm tapes and somethimes she stops mid-way through to rest before continuing. Good luck!

Well perhaps I should explain that this was over a year ago and while I was in much better shape than I am now (I have been very bad for the past 9 months) I still just pooped out. No special trouble, just would always fall off the exercise wagon at about that point.

hello , i am doing the firm tapes my favoriete is the tough tape 2
i bought the new set that came out it has tough tape 2, upper boddy, standign leggs, and 5 minute abs

Hi I have 11 of the Firm tapes and I do them 4 times a week and I can say they are sure hard when you frist start them but once you get going you can sure see a difference in your body. My favorite are the cross trainers. I have 2 sets of the cross trainers.
Just keep trying to do them and before you know it you will be on your way to weight loss and a great body.
