Default Give me strength! There's Krispy Kremes in the break room!!

I went in to the break room at work to get hot water for my tea and there they were--not one box, not two, but THREE boxes!!

Luckily the lids were closed, and I did not actually see them. That would have been suicide!

I've been 100% on plan for four days in a row--NO WAY is a piece of sugar shaped like a tire gonna ruin it for me!!

I love those Krispy Kremes as much as the next person but they are what about 300-400 calories each? Definately not worth it! The worst bit is that even if you give yourself permission to eat one, you won't feel satisfied and you'll crave another one. Don't even start down that road!

They won't taste as good as you imagine them to taste...

I am blessed, I guess, with the distaste for donuts and krispy kreme doesn't taste any different to me than other donuts i've had.

And really I mean what I say when they won't taste as good as you imagine them to taste. The further you get away from a "junk" item, then you realize that they really don't taste all that good. Those donuts are junk, they do nothig for you or your body and will only give you empty calories while giving you further sugar cravings.

Girl, try to hang on. I know the temptation. I LOVE Krispy Kreme. You can do this. Try and go out and grab a couple of pieces of fruit so that when the temptation becomes too much you can just munch on the fruit instead.

Once they're cold, they're not worth it. And when they're warm, they're so sickly sweet they make your teeth hurt. do you really want something in your delicate stomach that can make TOOTH ENAMEL hurt? Bleh!

Just remember that those donuts are flour, sugar and then they are fried in oil...and once it hits your stomach and begins to digest it will spike your blood sugar, turn into a gummy ball in your stomach and wrech havoc with your digestive juices as they scramble to digest it. Since you made a choice to eat healthy, your body is operating optimally and that donut is like poison.

You can do it! Your not on a diet, your making healthy choices on how to live your life!!!

And, of course, don't open the box, and remember those maggots ewwwww!!! and don't think about how tasty that fried flour and sugar comes together!!!!

Jen - why bother? It isn't like they are still hot anyway.

Think about it - that donut vs. you in a boxing ring. Who would win? You would! You can crush that silly little piece of bread like the oversugared, fat soaked thing that it is. Stomp it to the floor! You are much stronger than a donut could ever be.
