Default I thought I blew it today....

Today was a HORRIBLE day, and I thought I blew it, diet-wise. I went to McDonalds, got a Quarter Pounder Meal, large sized with an iced tea (I used equal to sweeten). I got home, put it into my food journal- and amazingly enough! I'm still within my calorie goals for the day!! I had eaten so little at breakfast and lunch that I still have 250 calories to play with for a bedtime snack!

Score!!!

I'm glad you didn't go over in your calories for the day, but I trust you won't start making quarter-pounders a daily habit!

I'll bet the calories were all right but I'd hate to see what the fat was

Anyways, good for you for staying under your range!

Gee, Tank, just because that particular meal doesn't appeal to you, that's no reason to be mean about it...

Good job! I like to have a burger myself every once and a while. It's good that you were able to have it and stay at your goal for the day. Good for you! I love it when that happens.
