when i worked my thighs reeeeeeeallllly hard last friday, my legs were soooooo sore for like 3 days. i gained 4 pounds over the weekend. but i knew it was just water weight and such, aiding in the process of healing my poor sore thighs. i haven't worked my legs that hard this week, so here it is 5 days later, and my weight is back down to normal. so, it depends on how hard you worked your body, it could be anywhere from 2 to 5 days to see the scale go back down. but don't get discouraged over it. i know it's easy to, but i just kept plugging away this week and i am back to my wonderful 177.
