Default Ok..now I've really got spring fever.....OT

Uggggh...Winter Storm Warnings in my neck of the woods.... I just took a few quick (and poorly done) photos.....to show off all our new snow...and it's STILL coming down. Even if I could fit into that tankini...it will be awhile before I get to wear it at this rate...

Hugs,
Olivia

Oh dear...I'd offer to trade, since I'm in Phoenix, but two days ago WE had snow! So, so weird. I think it was the first time in like, 30+ years that we had snow accumulation. So maybe I'll just send hot thoughts your way.

I can't wait until spring either. I'm in Michigan and I think what you just got is on its was here. Today its 60+ and we are under Tornado warnings with winds up 60 miles an hour and tonight and tomorrow we're supposed to get snow. YUK!
I can't wait to see the sunshine again

In New Hampshire, it's been in the 50's the last few days. My crocuses have srpouted their flower buds. I keep going outside to see if they've bloomed yet. I can't wait, but I may have to. We have the same cold weather on its way here. They're predicting cold temps and a snowstorm on Friday! I love snow, but by this time, I'm tired of it and ready for spring.

Spring has come to the DC area, it was hot this past weekend, so much so that the AC went on. 70-80 degree weather. I wore a light jacket this morning to work and I had to remove it because it is just too warm for a jacket Hopefully it lasts.

Heh, they only seem to have two seasons here: Winter and Summer. I was shovelling snow yesterday, but I'm not complaining. It was really late coming this year.

It is hard when you see snow or really cold weather to remember how soon summer will be here. It is easy to cuddle up with soups and bread and think "winter" bundled up and no one can see your fat.... but it is ONLY about 3 months until hot June and July weather will be here... Let's lose this extra fat so we can enjoy it more in our skimpy clothes.

Sunny So. Cal is kind of sunny today, but COLD!!! Mind you, it's California cold, but for us natives, it's COLD!!!! And it's supposed to stay this way for a few more weeks.

Wow. In East Tennessee it's in the mid 70s right now. I'm actually wearing short sleeves, a skirt, and flip flops. Yesterday was gorgeous, with bright sunny skies and temps around 80. Of course, we've got severe thunderstorms in line for tonight and a cool down to the 50s for the rest of the week. I think it's on Friday that there's a tiny chance of "frozen precipitation." Can't we just keep the mid-70s stuff?!?!

We had a ton of snow about 3 weeks ago and thanks to warm temps and rain it is all gone. It has been the mildest winter here that I can ever remember which has been okay with me because we moved in October and I have to commute to work so it's just as well that the roads have been mostly dry.

I, um, sort of like snow... (ducks and covers her head... )

Seriously, though, what's sweeping across the US right now is dangerous. Not just the dumping of heavy, wet snow but high winds and tornadoes. Be careful, everyone.

When it's not extreme, like what we're seeing this week, I don't mind snow in March. Now, if it gets to May and we're STILL talking snow, Mother Nature and I are going to have to have a serious heart-to-heart...

I kind of like the snow too. Spring is starting to poke through around here. It was very mild on the weekend and it rained all day yesterday. I generally don't like this transition of season's very much (I'd really prefer autumn). I'd either like the snow to come back and cover up the garbage it was hiding over the winter, or the spring to really arrive and have the clean up crews for the city out in full force making the place look beautiful again.

Liv, I loved your pictures - it's looks so peaceful.
