i agree....you never fail until you stop trying. as long as you go back to eating healthy and watching your intake and get up and moving, you will be fine!! it's when you stop trying to change, that you fail.
we all fall off of the wagon so to speak. you could say i fell off this weekend when i took the family out to dinner. but i don't look at it that way. i look at it like, i don't do this very often, so i am just going to relax and enjoy. and the next day, i ate better and excersized. so it's all good.
just keep going. you are doing fine. and that is what we are here for....to encourage, never discourage.

you can do this. we all have faith in you.
