Hi ! I did order these dvd's after all! About 2 weeks ago. Since I'm up here in Canada,I guess I'll have a long wait for them... mean time I'm going to do my Slim in 6.

There has to be someone out there that has done these videos......yes?

Any suggestions??

I own the Power 90 DVD's. Haven't used them in quite some time, but they were really good. Lots of basic moves like lunges, squats, push ups, curls, etc. I never got through 90 straight days like the plan is intended to be used, but I'm sure if you did these for 90 days like suggested the results would be quite impressive.

In my personal opinion, Tony can get a little annoying, so I usually mute it and crank up my own music. He's always mumbling about "checkin' on the kids" (the two doing the exercises behind him).

All in all, it was worth what I spent on it. I think you've motivated me to pull out the DVD's and put them back into rotation!

LOL! I'd rather listen to Tony than Debbie drown on about "make sure you are breathing" She can get boring!

My mom acutally does power 90 everyday and walks a mile and a half EVERY day! I am not sure how much she has lost in pounds but I do know that she looks AMAZING! I have the Power 90 tapes as well but I haven't been as committed as my mom...but that's going to change! So...I know that they're successful for her...but w/ the added walking I'm sure that has a lot of influence on her weight loss!
