I flipped channels yesterday and found that there is a show on at 10 am called "Body Moves" I think I'm going to try that just for a change. I'll let you know how it goes.

Breakfast - egg mcmuffin, coffee, hash brown
Snack - no morning snack
Lunch - light lunch as am taking half day, cottage cheese w/pineapple, apple, 2 rye crackers
Snack - no afternoon snack
Dinner - leftover garlic potatoes, sprouts, chili
Water - 2 liters+

Exercise - ran 2 miles then did 20 mins on elliptical at gym before work

Breakfast -- a yogurt, low-fat biscuit with 1/2 tsp honey
AM snack -- None
Lunch -- Spinach salad with balsamic vinagrette
PM Snack -- 100 calorie pack, caffine free diet coke
Dinner Lean meatloaf, steamed veggies
Water -- As much as I can!!!!

Well, the phone rang at about 3 minutes after ten and I've been on it since then (more calls) ... I guess I'll think of another exercise time.
I've had my shake. I have to be at the real estate office at noon again but I think I'd better skip restaurant lunch and get some groceries instead.

Lunch: Lean couisine chicken alfredo
Snack: Not Sure
Dinner: Not sure.

Water: Minimum 3 liters.

Exercise: Dunno yet.

oh gosh i am so so SO tired...i ended up not getting home till almost midnight last night..

oh and i only ate 1/2 that corndog!!!

so today i had cereal and 1% milk for breakfast...no snack....

lunch: 1/2 hamburger; some fries
snack: ate the other half of the burger sans the bun

dinner: who knows! i have class from 6-10 and missed the deli closing at 4
maybe i just wont eat anything

B: Had my apple and pomegranate juice
L: strawberry mini wheats with soy milk
D: will be chilli and cornbread (vegetarian)
s: either some peach applesauce or soy crisps

For exercise I got talked into taking a 45 minute spin class, then I walked on the treadmill at different incline levels for 50 minutes. Then I did abs. I am going to fall down when I try to get out of bed tomorrow!

Today was a fairly good day...
B: None. Was in a rush to make it to class.
L: Chicken Caesar Salad...but with Ranch dressing...lol
D: Chinese...chicken & broccoli. Went out with a friend that I haven't seen in like 4 months.

*Exercise*
I did my Crunch dancing dvd, which is 40 minutes, and then 10 minutes of weights & crunches.
