Default Zigzag method of weight loss?

Can anyone explain more about the zig zag method of weight loss and how you do it. I understand its to keep your metabolism on its toes. Sound alot
like the Wendies plan I used while on weight watcher, that really does work
you just watch the lb melt away

Many of us here are doing that (in fact today is supposed to be my higher-calorie day) but Jill is much better at explaining it than I am.

Maybe check out and read this thread, it will give you a better perspective

You're absolutely right...it IS much like the WW Wendie plan. I'm not particularly familiar with that plan, but I have read many times that Wendie is basically a calorie cycling plan. It'd be great to hear from someone with experience with a structured cycling plan

Come join us in the thread for calorie cyclers (the link LLV posted)! It's been working really well for me so far, and it should hopefully "prevent" many plateaus along the journey, as it does not allow your body to "settle" into any particular calorie amount.
