600 min running and 750 min of other exercise, with walks not counting towards that, and I'd like to get to 750 before going on a trip on March 21st.

I'm aiming for 1600 minutes in March. (Took the number of minutes lower because I forgot about my dad's week vacation in there.)

March 1: OFF (recovering from step-class adventure)
March 2: 50 min. striptease video, 25 min. arc trainer, 30 min. weights, 20 min. basketball
March 3: 45 min. treadmill, 120 min. softball
March 4: OFF
March 5: 120 min. softball
March 6: 60 min. volleyball

Last month I wanted to make it to 1000... But then I barely made it over 600! I'm going to try again for 1000, and hopefully I won't get so sick (or be so lazy) this month! I'd also like to get 1700 oz. water.
NOTE on 26th: I totally lamed out from 21st-25th... no exercise and I dunno how much water. I'd have to get 1hr every day from here to the 31st to meet my goal.... Hmmmmm....... we'll see...... no promises.........

My goals: 1200 Min. Cardio / 3 x's week weights / Lose 10 lbs 1 Soda a day / 1500 or less calories

03/01: No Exercise (Had appt. this evening) Stayed on diet goal
03/02: 45 mins cardio!!

03/04: 30 min jogging / 25 min weight training / 5 min abs

My goals for March:
- Walk to and from work, every day (1500 minutes) = TW & FW
- Eat vegetables/fruit every day = V/F
- Run the block/do yoga, total of 3x a week = Y or R
- Sleep for 8 hours at least 3x a week = S

<EDIT> I have had to give up on more than half my goals! I have not been able to get enough sleep, and I have not yet begun running or doing yoga. Terrible, I know! :-\ So much for modest goals! </EDIT>

Those are actually very modest goals; they are only testing my persistance, not my ability. But this is my first challenge, so I am taking it easy.

Ok - so I did roughly 1560 in February- so I want to push the envelope and say 1830 - Seems a lot - but I am training for a 10K and need to start my running as well as my 6 day a week 60 min work out! So that is an hour 3 times a week and an hour and a half 3 times a week. Who wants to join me!

oh yeah - and maintain more healthy eating - and less snacking and more not eating 3 hours before bed - tough tough tough!

March 1 --> 80 m racketball, 1 chest press excersize, 1 set crunch thingies...not enough weights today
March 2 --> 90 m spin class (Way harder than yest) 15-20 min weights and abs and isolation excersizing
March 3 --> 60 min cardio kick box
March 4 --> day off
March 5 --> 7 mile run - ~110 min (somehow faster than I expected!)
March 6 --> 60 min spin/ 20 min weights
March 7 --> unscheduled day off

March 8 --> weights 1.5 hours/basketball 30 minutes

I'm in for 1000 - hopefully I won't crash this month like I did in February. I also have a goal of 1674 sun salutations (yay yoga!), or 54 per day. And by the end of the month I want to be able to do a "bridge" - haven't done one of those since Jr. High!

Mar. 5 - 30 min. run, 5 min stretch - DID A BRIDGE!!! YAY!!!
