Unhappy YIKES! Read those labels!

Last week I purchased a bottle of chewable Benefiber. I didn't start using it right away because I was on antibiotics and they weren't easy on the stomach and I just didn't want to throw something else into the mix! Well, I took one this morning and the sweet taste almost made me sick...and I'm not stranger to sweet, beleive me! I look at the label and the and the 4th ingredient is CONFECTIONERS SUGAR!!! And I'm supposed to take 3-5 of these a day?? No way!! I finally got rid of the awful sugar craving monster , I'm not going to invite it back while doing something that's supposed to be GOOD for me! Back to the store I go.....

Don't worry about it Schatzi...I wasn't acting on any suggestions when I got them...truthfully I was aiming for the least expensive!

Actually, I don't now if they have chewable tablets. I just realized that was what you were referring to. I use the orange powder. It is actually pretty good. Make sure you mix it well and I add ice cubes to it and then drink it with breakfast.
