Ok - I made it thru week 1... and came out on top!!!

6lbs lost!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!

I know it'll even out eventually, but what a way to start!!!

That's Great..
Today makes a week for me also.
I am so scared to weigh in.

I get so down when I have not lost any weight.
In the past that's when I gave up..
So I am trying not to weight that much this time..
I know I will give in somethime soon...

6 lbs is fantastic! This is my first week also and I lost a mere 2.5 lbs, but I'm not going to get down about it, at least that scale didn't go up! Great job!
