Default Hurry up

lol, my weight loss has slowed down, even though I am doing an hour of exercise 5 out of 7 days! I am eating well and clearly burning more calories that I consume.

Sometimes dieting is so hard, especially if you are seeing any differences when your working so hard towards it!

Hiya,

I know how you feel!!

I have been to the gym on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday and today. I've not eaten one bad thing and also not touched a drop of alcohol all week(wine was a big thing for me!) Have just weighed myself at the gym and I've not lost 1 lb!! Its very disheartening but dont give up!!

I've just eaten my tea and now have a major chocolate craving but I dont want to admit defeaat yet!!! Keep going!!

Did you weigh before or after your workout????

If you weight after, your gonna be heavier. Your muscles swell and retain a lot of fluid. I try and weigh the day after a rest day, I seem to get the lowest (and in my gym trainers opinion) the most accurate weigh in.

Exercise changes body composition, and sometimes the scales don't tell that side of the story. It takes more than a week for that to happen, so stick at it and the changes will soon show.

In a year my body is now unrecognisable, in a good way, to what it was before. I have gone from a 26-28 to a 16-18, and the definition in my body has improved markedly. i still have some pretty big challenges, like my stomach and thighs, but now I feel like a decent body shape is achievable, something I didn't think a year ago!
