Seriously, start afresh, go to Tesco, buy a fortune's worth of fresh fruit and veg that excites you, cherries, grapes, butternut squash, mangoes, pineapples. Then enjoy that fruit and veg and think, "Who needs pizza anyway?!" After a while your tastes will change. Don't beat yourself up about it.
If you think about it, punishing yourself for overeating by overeating is like being suspended from school for skiving a day!
So forgive yourself and get back to it. Being wheat free is hard, I tried it for a while, you'll FEEL better without it.
