I really like unsweetened applesauce, cherry tomatoes, light cream cheese and kashi go-lean cereal eaten dry.

Another vote here for yogurt! I eat no-sugar-added fat-free La Yogurt (90 calories). Also:
  • Campbell's Soup at Hand chicken n' stars (70 calories)
  • salsa and ff sour cream on salads instead of dressing
  • no-sugar-added fudgesicles (40 cals each, I think)
  • Morningstar Farms veggie burgers
  • La Tortilla Factory small tortillas (50 cals each)
  • Healthy Choice smoked sausage (basically keilbasa--40 calories per ounce)
  • Coke Zero
  • Oscar Mayer sliced lunch meat (particularly turkey and ham--10 cals per slice)

They come in a round wheel box in the specialty deli section (where hummus is). They have 8 individually wrapped wedges inside the box. It taste creamy and is spreadable. It slightly reminds me of swiss, but it is not strong like swiss cheese is. It's worth looking for. Each wedge is 35 calories and a treat in itself. I eat it plain and on celery, crackers, and bagels.

Deliciousness!! Seriously, though, to me it tastes like any regular cheese spread. I prefer the garlic and herb flavored laughing cow wedges. One of those spread across a couple of Ry Krisps is really tasty!

Other favorites of mine: 2% or FF string cheese, Perdue's individually sealed chicken breasts, Kashi Go Lean in FF yogurt (I actually love the Kroger store brand), sugar-free caramel flavoring for coffee, spaghetti squash, South Beach 100-cal packs of whole wheat crackers

HAHHA. The only cheese spreads I have had in the past are the ones in a can that you squirt on crackers. Seriously delicious but definately fake. I haven't noticed any of the other flavors. I'll have to keep my eye out.

P.S. LosingIt...I should have made that MY screen name. I am bipolar and I just spent 3 days manic and now I feel like I'm "losing it" I'm trying to cope by making it easy for myself. I told the boys they don't have chores today and they can eat whatever they can find in the fridge.

Mmmmm. What is that, exactly? And how many calories?

One night I asked my husband, what can I eat that has no calories? He said, sawdust. I said, Got any?
