I am also in need of a buddy. I hit rock bottom yesterday, and decided I really need to do something. I am getting married in 4 months and would really like to shed some pounds. I don't mind exercising but food is my worst enemy. How did you lose your thirteen pounds in a month??? Excellent work, keep it up.
I'm aiming to lose my weight by june too... I cut almost all the sugar out of my diet, I only drink water now, and a couple of cups of tea a day.. I'm eating lean cuisines for dinner most nights, special k and lowfat milk for breakfast, only fat free snacks... and when I want to cheat I do... it's helping me stay motivated... the thing is now, I don't want to cheat at all, and I need to get on my treadmill, I'm HORRIBLE with the exercise part of it all.... What are you two going to try? I did use this site the first month called myfooddiary.com, it cost 9 dollars for the month, but it was awesome to get me motivated
Hey Nikki! I am new to this site also and need a buddy. I started on SB diet last June and lost about 30 lbs and got sick of it. I have now joined WW and love it. It keeps me eating foods that I love but teaches portion control and calorie control as well. I would love to be your buddy! Keep motivated!
Hello Nikki, I'm new to the site also. I could use a buddy as well. So glad to see the weight loss posted her. I have been loosing but hope to loose more. I need to loose 70 lbs. I'm on the weight watchers flex points. The exercise part, I need to work on big time. So I wish all of you best wishes on eating healty and exercising. I have trouble with late evening food cravings, sigh, been eating low point food at nights to keep from cheating, it's rough but I'm hanging tough. Good luck to all. Teresa
I havent decided which diet I want to try, or if I just want to adjust my eating habits on my own. I also am very bad at the excersize thing, I just returned from a cruise where I burned pretty bad so wearing a sports bra is too painful. I should be better by next week. I thought about ww but they are so expensive.......
Just wondering how all you girls are doing today? I'm having some trouble getting motivated, pms has set in and I'm lazy as heck today... I ate a good lunch *lean cuisine* but then I had a handful of fritos, today, my goal is to get on the treadmill by 3 o'clock..... I WILL do it

I haven't worked out for at least 2 months. I was planning my trip and now that I have gotten back I need to get motivated! I work out better and more often if I get up early and do it before work, other wise I am tired by the time I get home!
