The group I work with is also starting a weight loss challenge on March 1st. This is actually our 3rd one. Below is how we do it here. It seems to be pretty fair. We us % instead of # beacause to be honest most of the people only have about 10-15 pounds to lose.
The challenge lasts from March 1 until May 31.
Just an idea for you.
Here’s the skinny:
• The Challenge Goal is to lose at least 5% of your starting weight.
• Everyone who enters and meets the Challenge Goal will win back half of the entry amount, and look great doing it!
• The ‘Biggest Loser’, as determined by overall percentage of weight lost, will win the remaining pot. The more people that take up the challenge, the bigger the pot!
• The entry amount will be $40.00
