Hi, everyone! I am a 26 year old SAHM of two in Kentucky. I started my weight loss journey in January of 05, and have since lost just over half the weight that I need to. I've been lurking on 3FC for the past few months and find it a wonderful site.
I'm a bit stuck. The weight that I lost was lost between January and September of 05, and since then, I veered away from my path of control. I still watch the scale and exercise, but my eating habits have slipped and I've only been doing enough to maintain, not lose. I keep sabotaging myself because I have no one to be accountable to! My best friend and I were losing this weight together. She lost 70lbs and surprise, she got pregnant.

So, needless to say, she couldn't be my weight loss partner anymore. She's had the baby and plans to breastfeed for a few months, so she can't rejoin the game with me for awhile.
I want to lose the last of this weight by Summer so badly. I jog and walk on the treadmill 5 times a week and do 15 minutes of strength 3 times a week. I need to eat about 1500 caloires a day to lose weight, but lately, I've been eating around 2000. Too many for weight loss, but good enough to maintain.
