Post Lose while having the mentral Blues..

Hello
And...Help! I and currently a looser (positively speaking). I'm currently doing WW, however I gain once a month and it's around that time. I am currently trying to eat food (soups & salads) that are not so heavy to a least combat extra weight gain but im not sure that this will work. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to continue to lose the weight while having the mentral blues. Thanx!!

Congratulations on your weight loss. And I also feel your pain. Maybe it is just water retention. Maybe watch your salt intake a week or so before you are subpost to start? But maybe a water pill might help. I tend to just want to eat non-stop. I just started back on WW yestrday and was surprised that I had 9 points yet to eat at 9:00 pm. Who knew I could eat so less. Good luck with the wieght loss. It is hard to take 3 steps forward and then 1 back.

I know how that is. It is necessary to drink plenty of water. I know it is hard. I want to loose 50 lbs. I am willing to help out and be a support to you all.
