I'm down only 3 oz this week. But I'm smack dab in the middle of TOM, so hope for better next week. The good news is I broke 270 (which is where I got stuck before the holidays)! Now to tackle this new decade. Keep it up everyone!

I weighed this morning and I am up 10 lbs from the 243 I was at. My normal weigh in is Friday but I just wanted to see where I was this week. I've done some off plan eating the last couple of weeks but I am back on track and under control again. The pants sure are a good indicator. I like that they tell me I have eaten too much. I refuse to go up a size so there is only one option. GET BACK ON PLAN!
I haven't lost anything this week. Which is understandable I was quite sick one night and I didn't exercise the next day. I don't think I've been keeping up on my water intake either. BAD ME! haha
So next week will hopefully be better. But, then again TOM should be here anytime soon!
The scale is up a pound this week to 187. It's okay though. I'm still a bit poorly, and think my body's hanging on to a spot of water. That sounds like an excuse, so... water or fat, it'll be gone soon.
Mind you, I do hate moving my tracker backwards....
I think it's great that you're back at it, Howie. Your body's been through a lot recently. Good job in not allowing your operation to totally derail you.
Thanks, I hate moving my current weight back also. So it will stay at 243 until I'm there again. LOL Should only take a couple weeks anyway. From past experience when I have a 10 lb gain a lot of it is water. So it will come off quick. My official weigh in is Friday and I'm sure I will have droped a few by then.
OK, I will make my weigh in on Monday mornings, so will post then. I am working to loose at least 30 pounds by June 17 for my fathers wedding. Its probably too high of a goal, but I will take anything!
I'm at 165 (well, 164.5 but I don't count halves), so I'm happy to be down another one over the past week or so. Five more ones is all it will take to lose 100lb!
I'm new & would like to become active with this group.
I weighed 250 this morning. That's up 4 lbs from Sunday!
I keep this up, and I'll be right back to my all time high of 288.
I think I'm going to make some time to read through this forum.

I'm up a bit but not that I was shocked. The last post that showed I was down was due to being horribly sick, so I think it was just water loss. I just started my Medifast program today so I'm excited to see what next week brings.
