Default This Is A New Week! Let's Get Going!

Although I haven't read all the posts today, I have noticed that there are way more negative feelings coming out today than positive. What's going on - what do we need to do to get some positive thinking going on here???

It's only Monday and we have a long week ahead of us - let's get some positive vibes going so we can all do well this week and have some better threads posted next Monday.

I'm open for suggestions - - - I was in a good mood when I signed on here this morning.

You're bang on the mark, DNR! I've been feeling pretty sorry for myself this last week even though I know that kind of thinking doesn't do me a ha'p'orth of good.

I'm going to keep on doing what I know works, despite not feeling like it. I'm going to stop being discouraged by minor hiccups because I know I'll be rewarded in the long run.

My affirmation for this week is "I can run".

I am just starting to train for a 10k run, and I have never run in my life......

Try something new this week, even if it's just a new food, or a new exercise!

I had my weight watchers weigh in for the week (I weigh in on mondays) I'm down 1.8 pounds for the week. I've had a loss every week sence I joined on 1/1/06. I updated my ticker. YAY ME!

Melody2006 - YAY for you - a loss every week. I too have had a loss every week since I started WW on 11/23. Some weeks it was less than others, but a loss just the same. I am working very hard to make this work and I have no plans to stop now!!!!

Let's make this a losing week for everybody!!! Do whatever it takes to get that positive self talk going and let's all be "LOSERS" this week. I don't mind calling myself a loser when it comes to weight.
