I just wanted to post a hello to all..My name is Pepper. I am glad that I found a site that I can accually post my thoughts about my weight loss journey for other people to read. It is nice to know that I can possible get some feedback about what I am doing. I originally weighed 255lbs and through healthy eating and exercise I have lost 35lbs. I am now 219 and have been stuck her for 3 months. Hopefully the new routine I have will kick start the weigh loss again. So hello to all.
