Who needs a couch....
I hadn't worked out in about 2 weeks - lack of motivation, depressed - and anyway, I got my new bike on February 10 for my birthday and it's been set up since Sunday night and I've used it daily since Monday. I'm doing low intensity for now, cuz I feel like I'm starting from scratch. So, while watching Survivor I climbed on my bike and did a fairly low intensity level and during commercials I increased the intensity. Well, I had something to do while exercising and 38 minutes passed sooo quickly. That is on top of the 15 minutes I had done earlier. So, yay..hehe oh, and I forgot to mention...we haven't had a couch down here since August.
