Any one have diastisis recti?
Ok I am pretty near my goal weight. I have had 2 kids and I have a huge seperation between my abdominal muscles. I know this is called Diastis Recti, I have searched online about it but I can't seem to find a lot of info about treatment, excercises, or surgery to corrrect the problem.
I also don't know if I could have a hernia. It hurts when I lay flat and when I strain like when I do sit ups. There isn't any obvious bulge, but when I lay flat you can fit your whole fist in between the muscles and feel my organs (gross, I know). It is especially tender around the belly button.
Anyone else have this and what can you do about it?
