grape flavored water
Has anyone found a good low-fat salad dressing? I am diabetic and most of the low-fat dressings use sugar to replace the fat, and I find them too sweet for me. Normally I just use a small amount of the real thing. Any suggestions??? Thanks

LLV, the fruit spread is like jam. It's in the same department at the store. It's great stuff, though kinda high in carbs. It's so nice on bread or crackers!
I got the blueberry stuff (it's called Wild Blueberry Fruit Spread by 365 Foods) at Whole Foods. 1 tbsp = 30 cals, 7g carbs, 0 protein
I also have Smucker's Simply 100% Fruit strawberry flavor. 1 tbsp = 40 cals, 10g carbs, 0 protein.
