Default Allergic to fast food?

Maybe i am getting allergic to fast food?

While out of the office this afternoon, I decided to have my weekly treat…..I ordered to 2 hot-dogs, fries and diet soda. This was 2 hours ago now and I’m not feeling well at all….my stomach is all upside down. I know it isn’t food poisoning as I’ve been to this place hundreds of times in the past……

I guess my system just won’t take that junk anymore.

I bet that since you are no longer used to the grease, your stomach decided to rebel. That's a good thing!

Hope you feel better soon.

Mine does that too if I eat greasy pizza. It has gotten so used to whole grains and veggies that if I eat anything extremely greasy I end up with a very upset stomach. Look at it as a good thing in that your body is telling what it doesn't want in it!

I'm pretty certain I'm allergic to fast food--it makes me break out in FAT! LOL

LOL @ Jen...too funny.

I too get sick from "bad" foods now. But body won't accept them. Which is a good thing.

Back when I lost 60 pounds a few years ago, everytime I ate anything with grease I would get sick. It's definitely a good thing. I am not at that point yet now, but can't wait until I get there!

I haven't had this happen, simply because I haven't touched anything "bad" in over two months...and not going to any time soon!

bad foods don't make me sick, but they always taste way saltier and not as good as I remember them tasting..lol

I always find myself feeling like it was not worth the guilt and calories..

Just an update on the upset stomach….

I was finally able to digest my lunchtime junk; and I was ok by the end of the afternoon.

However, I will reconsider my choices when time comes for the weekly treat. Maybe next time l’ll go with Subway, Shish-Taouk, or Tim Horton’s sandwich…..
