Some support friends on 14 lbs by Feb 14 have decided to set a new goal for St. Patrick's Day (March 17). While 12 lbs had been suggested, I am proposing a thread for those that just set a realistic goal that you believe you can reach.
I am going 2lbs per week for a total of 8lbs by St. Paddy's day. I am going to continue making wise food choices

, stay away from processed food and go to the gym 4 times a week.
