I love Pilates. It works your core the whole time. I started out with some videos, like 10-15 min sections, and I've worked up to a real class. It's awesome, and I can tell a difference already!
I Love the old Firm workouts, and the new Fitprime/Kickbutt workouts b/c they make you focus on your core as part of fusion fitness. You might like to try the TLT workouts (Tracie Long Training) as these are functional fitness and again really target the core with all moves.
Ditto ditto!! How fun was belly dancing and Bangra? I also love Sharon Mann and Carribbean workout. I love my mini trampoline as well, jumping rope, and my staple: WALKING!! Except I've hurt my foot last week, so it's been pilates and weights lately. I can't wait til warmer weather rolls around: rollerblading and biking!!!
I am loving spinning right now - a lot - I do it about 2 times a week. Also cardio boxing. and kicking butt when done with running.

My stables are the eliptical and the treadmill. I love the spinning bike as it is really hard for me. Otherwise I do my strength training at home with my faithful pilates ball and 3,7,8, and 10 lb freeweights.
I too love the FIRM!! I have the TransFIRMer system and I love it. They say you can see results in 10 workouts guaranteed. and It's true! The videos are basically whole body cardio, esp lower body, but they also have ab workouts in them (planks) and a separate video. Does it work? YES! I actually have obliques! They're covered with junk, but they're under there!
