I thought I'd start this week rolling with a 2lb loss!
I'm sooo close to Onderland I can taste it! I can't even remember how long it's been since my weight started w/a
1 !!

I'm down 5 this week. I have no idea why, I didn't do anything different except pig out one night last week

I don't know why nothing has changed in my diet or exercise this week but i'm up 2 ugh....I'm blaming it on TOM It just ended the middle of ths week so I'm hoping that it will be better next.

Ok...so this is my first weigh in with the group. I am pleased to announce a 3 pound weight loss!!!!
I'm working on getting a good siggy, but for now, here are the statistics....
Starting weight: 302.5
Current weight: 289
Goal weight: 220

I got to weigh myself for the first time in 3 or 4 weeks (I can't own a scale or I practically camp out on it), and discovered that I had...
...lost less than a pound. In a month. Wow, that's depressing. But I think it's because I started working out after a slackoff period of several months, so maybe the fat's converted to muscle? God, I hope so.
